Not Advice — Just Discussion
Everything you see on this site — blogs, articles, market data, and tool results — is for general information and discussion purposes only.
Self-Represented Parties (SRPs): If you've chosen to represent yourself in your real estate journey, please note that we cannot provide you with any services, opinions, or advice. Nothing on this site should be interpreted as professional guidance for your specific situation.
The Bottom Line: Don't make big financial or legal moves based solely on what you read here. Always consult with your own lawyer, accountant, or chosen real estate professional before signing anything.

Existing Agency Relationships
If you are already contractually represented by another real estate brokerage, welcome! You are free to browse and use our educational resources, but we assume you have your brokerage's permission to do so. Out of respect for your existing agreement and Ontario's professional standards, we cannot provide you with specific real estate services or assistance.
3
No "Accidental" Relationships
Browsing this site, using our tools, or sending us an email does not create an agent–client relationship or an "agency" relationship. We are only your agents if and when we both sign a formal, written Representation Agreement as required by Ontario law. Until then, we're just providing info to help you explore.

Tools & Calculators
Our financial calculators and tools are neat, but they aren't crystal balls. They are provided as rough guides to help you start conversations with your mortgage broker or financial advisor. We do not guarantee their accuracy. Rates, taxes, and rules change constantly. Use them as a starting point, not as a final word on your budget.
5
Accuracy Disclaimer
Real estate moves fast. While we try to keep our content current, nothing on this site is deemed 100% accurate. Markets shift, laws update, and data can lag. Always verify any info before relying on it.

Important: Read the RECO Guide
The Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) wants you to be protected. Whether you are thinking of hiring a pro or going it alone, you should understand your rights.
